All orders will be charged at the time of sale. Any reimbursment as the result of cancellation or return will be subject to a fourteen(14) day time period.
In stock items will ship within 24-72 hours of purchase. Items not in stock or items deemed on backorder will be communicated to the user immediately. Order is deemed complete on shipment date and not applicable to cancellation.
We are only responsible for shipment, not delivery. We ship all product new, properly packaged, and insured where requested by the customer. Any damage, loss, or missing claims must be made with the carrier and not canadianbrake.com.
Cancellations are not accepted via e-mail or voice-mail messages. You must speak directly with a sales representative to have your cancellation confirmed.
Cancellation requests on items that have shipped previous to the request for cancellation are deemed completed orders, and will be considered for return only. See below.
All returns will be considered at the discretion of canadianbrake.com under the follwing guidelines:
- Unused, uninstalled items, or items determined to be defective, may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Some specialty items are not returnable/refundable/cancellable under any circumstances.
- The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with a return or exchange.
- You must call us and have a sales representative approve your return and issue you a Return Goods Authorization ("RGA") number.
Merchandise shipped from canadianbrake.com is always complete and properly packaged. It is the customer's responsibility to see to it that any item returned to canadianbrake.com is insured to protect the customer from loss or damage. Any damage, loss, or missing claims must be made with the carrier and canadianbrake.com. Unauthorized customer returns, or returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered, are not the responsibility of canadianbrake.com.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the correctness of the parts before installation and/or use. Any used or installed merhcandise returns will be at the discretion of canadianbrake.com.
Errors incurred by canadianbrake will be handled at our own expense.
