| Returns : We have a 14 day return policy on all parts orders except for special orders. To return a part you must e-mail sales@onlinenorth.com with the invoice number , parts to be returned, reason, full name and email address. You will be e mailed a RGA number and instructions in 5 to 7 business days. If you return a part with no RGA number credit will be refused and we will have no way to track the shipment. | |
